I'm a single mom and took my boys on vacation to Brevard, NC. The day before going home my 4th cylinder started misfiring. I called Charlie's and they were nice enough to fit me into the schedule at 10am the next day, however, they were not nice enough to charge me a reasonable price. I needed coil and a spark plug, which cost $85 for the parts. Charlie's wanted to charge me $613 + tax!!! When I asked how much the service was they said $90/hour.
