Great Mexican restaurant in Grand Lake. Wonderful outdoor seating with close up views of the lake right on Main Street. Good Mexican food menu with some American cuisine thrown in as well. Good drink menu - margs are big and tasty. Fajitas, especially shrimp and chicken combo are delicious. Friendly service with reasonable prices. Give it a try, you’ll come back often

Just had lunch at Charlie’s and won’t be back. It’s decent food at a great location with a view but service and nit picky policies ruin the experience. First thing, we asked with our party of eight (4 couples) was to have separate checks and were told no. The server said all she could do was to offer two separate checks per table. We have been traveling all over Colorado and this is the only place we’ve encountered that has a problem with separate checks. Gave us the standard chips and salsa but would not provide more chips when we ordered guacamole and queso, so we purchased more. Seems silly. Margaritas and the view were both great!
