I have a full plate of activities to address each and every day, but I simply HAD TO make time to write this review. Five days ago, Eric and Josh met me at my elderly sister's house in Valley Village, CA. Her daughter (my niece) lives with her and their two toilets were plugged up (over-the-top gross). It was estimated that the toilets had been like that for MONTHS! Eric thoroughly explained to me what needed to be done, and the estimated cost. I had a great experience with Charlie's Sewer & Drain Rooter. I called for them to sneak out my drain.. Not realizing it was a much bigger problem my main drain line had cracks and a lot of roots in the pipes. They finish most the work in one day, They only had to come back the next day to fill the dirt back in to the lawn. They were professional fast and courteous. I had a great experience. They were affordable and I would recommend.
