Charlie’s came out on an emergency call to fix our water heater on the same day, and they were incredibly dedicated to stay until 10PM on a Friday night to ensure the job was done right and we could shower again! Their professionalism, service, cleanliness and workmanship are unmatched. We won’t call anyone else for plumbing because we trust the quality of their work over anyone else. We believe in Charlie’s to get the job done right, every time.
Highly recommend! Charlie and his Team were quick to respond to our call for an onsite evaluation of our backyard drainage system. The drains were clogged causing flooding. Upon arrival, Charlie and his team were punctual, professional and courteous. They performed the hydro-jetting first in an attempt to unclog the outdoor area drains. We recently had both our kitchen drain and main line sewer back up. On two separate occasions we received friendly customer service, prompt responses, and exceptional service. They explained what the issues were, quoted a fantastic price, and performed the service. Best of all, they were meticulous and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Fully recommended.
