Fast response, super knowledgeable. Charlie came by and quickly diagnosed my toilet problem. Had an old calcified drain. They worked hard to get it unclogged and working until it can be replaced.
These guys are amazing. You'll be in good hands when you call Charlie and his team. Service is of the highest importance to them and it shows. Not only were we well taken care of from a customer service perspective, their work is top notch. The team is on time, polite, and cleans up so well, you wouldn't ever know they were there.
I needed a sewer line inspection and locating. They did a great job. Fast service.
I rarely write reviews but felt I just had to as I was totally impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of Cesar, Leo and Michael of Charlie’s Sewer & Drain router. In February I had a sewer stoppage, I called another plumbing company in San Marino they came out and supposedly cleared my drains 40 feet out to the street. All together my sewer line backed up 3 times in approximately six weeks and each time this plumbing company in San Marino said they had cleared everything to 40 feet out to the street. So glad I've discovered this company! They did a fantastic and efficient emergency drain repair, at what I thought was a reasonable price. Anthony and Fernando are both top blokes. Highly recommended!
