good but inconsistent Some times Charlie's kitchen makes the best BBQ in town, other times not so much. I wish they were a little more consistent. Sometimes the ribs are meaty and thick, other times more bony. Sauce is always good, but sometimes there's not enough. Going to stay with them, cause I know they're eventually going to get it right every time.
