My wife and I thought we may have had a sewer leak in our crawl space. I was not going in there since I am claustrophobic. After finding the opening to the crawl space was too small for a grown person to fit in he did everything else he could to determine if there was a leak. Charlie was great. We had water draining issues in the kitchen sink and washer drains. He explained everything that he was doing and why. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was flowing through good. Then he gave me recommendations to keep the pipes clean. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his knowledge. The price was extremely fair for the amount of time and work he put in to solve the issue.
