Charlie will definitely be the first option for any plumbing needs in the future. My pipes froze yesterday evening, and showed no signs of thawing out. Gave him a call today, 02/04/2026, and he got back to me not long after. Every other plumber was telling us they wouldn't be able to make it until midday 02/05/2026. He was at the house an hour later, had my pipes thawed and water running after 40 minutes tops. Also helped me close up the siding on the home by making a little barrier to insulate. My wife and I thought we may have had a sewer leak in our crawl space. I was not going in there since I am claustrophobic. After finding the opening to the crawl space was too small for a grown person to fit in he did everything else he could to determine if there was a leak. He finally decided in his expert opinion that it was NOT a leak, just a musty crawl space, old smelly garbage disposal, and a trap on the sink that needs to be replaced.
