Charlie's Paving did our driveway in June 2023. I was calling Charlie in November of 2023 about my driveway cracking. This is in multiple places. Along the sides multiple cracks in the middle. He said he would be out in the spring to do repairs. It is now late September. No Charlie, I have made many calls. He always says he will be over to repair. Never follow through. Where to start? First, typically in these blue collar industries, bedside manner typically doesn't exist, but not with Charlie. Super nice guy and easy to chat with. He was quick to get me a quote, ran a couple of guys out to double check everything, and he was here less than a week later. They got here at 9am and went straight to work, in and out in under 4 hours. The whole crew was awesome! Hats off to Charlie's Paving of Norwalk, Ohio. From the time I first spoke with them and up to the end of their job, they had impressed my wife and I. All of their crewing working today was very inspiring at how they had all worked together to complete their job. They were an "excellent" bunch of guys.
