Amazing and professional company. Our new garage door was quick to arrive once we ordered and was installed in just over 5 hours. Everything works flawlessly and is a nice touch to our home. We're so happy with our new door and automated system!
Very nice door, it was installed very professionally. Installer arrived on time and job was done on time, even considering the old heavy wooden door he had to take down.
I can’t say enough about this company. I had a huge emergency, on a Friday afternoon, no less, and without hesitation, they understood and were at my house within 10 minutes to fix the problem. The young gentleman who came to deal with my garage door, which came off the track, was one of the nicest people I’ve encountered in a while. Service was excellent. The gentleman who came was polite, showed up on time (in fact alittle early which was nice). He replaced what needed to be fixed. Sprayed and greased everything so the door was quieter and ran smoothly. Noticed and pointed out a broken hinge and told me about it before he asked if he could replaced it. I would highly recommend Charlie's Overhead Door for all your garage door needs. Thank you again for the top notch service.
