Install went well, mostly good attention to detail, but my other garage door was left in a disconnected state so I couldn't open it (and it was left unlocked). There were a few gaps that need fixing but they were fixed up afterward. Do not buy LiftMaster or Chamberlain "smart" door openers! I had the experience to deal with Charlie’s Overhead Door recently. My garage door spring broke after 17 years of use. I heard from a neighbour they just used Charlie’s for service them selves. Starting from the initial call to make an inquiry on a service call, was delightful with fast service over a period of approx 4 hours. I would say I’m extremely pleased on the time frame. Amazing and professional company. Our new garage door was quick to arrive once we ordered and was installed in just over 5 hours. Everything works flawlessly and is a nice touch to our home. We're so happy with our new door and automated system!
Very nice door, it was installed very professionally. Installer arrived on time and job was done on time, even considering the old heavy wooden door he had to take down.
