From the service department to the sales, if you are looking to get your machine serviced or repaired you will not find another shop with more integrity than Charlie’s. Bought a 1996 Honda pan american from Austin. It's a 30 year old bike and gonna have some little problems but is a great bike for a great price. Austin and Charlie were easy to deal with and would definitely recommend them
Charlie's offroad LLC is a amazing place to go and get your motorcycle worked on,he has amazing staff and they work with you and they let you know exactly what wrong with your bike,they will fix the problem, reasonable prices I'm very satisfied with Charlie's work I don't let too many people work on my vehicles I do trust Charlie and his staff
Recently purchased a Harley from Charlie’s the whole process was seamless. Starting with Austin he was nothing but helpful and provided all the info I requested along with extra pictures. Charlie in itself was great as well. Overall best place I’ve ever came across 1000% recommend.
I just swapped out bikes and theses guys are truly amazing they need more people in work places like theses fellows they were very helpful and understanding.also they didnt judge me when I stuttered.
