I reached out to Charlie’s Offroad a few month ago when I had an issue with my sxs. I live in Virginia and Charlie was able to get my issue worked out and schedule my machine for a quick turnaround taking into account for how far I have to travel for dealer support. Everyone at Charlie’s is friendly and knowledgeable and treat their customers like family. If you’re looking for a new machine or need service I 100% recommend Charlie’s Offroad.
