Charlie is outstanding. Had a problem pop up on or Yanmar 4jh2e that was beyond my ability (I thought). Local companies are 3 weeks out on service I found out. Messaged him with quick explanation and he said he could be out the next day to look at it even though he is busy on other work. Diagnosed the problem quickly as he is very knowledgeable.
