They have some beautiful peices. Upon looking around we were told the by sales women that she wouldn't be available to show us anything due to not knowing the materials ect about the jewelry and the owner would be back in a few minutes. No problem we thought. We came back in ten minutes in the middle of the day to find them completely closed up. :)
The man who fixed the band of my girlfriends watch that is shaped like a dog was so kind and such a nice person to talk to. He was very personable and made the whole experience easy and fun. It only took him 20 minutes and he did a great job. If you need to get your watch fixed go to this store.
Outstanding service. Replaced the battery in a watch and could not get the back to go back on. Took it to 2 different jewelers and they couldn’t either. Last one recommended I try Charlie’s. Walked in, explained the problem, and he had it installed in a couple minutes. And refused payment! Definitely recommend these guys.
Do not recommend!! I went into the store to ask a simple question and was met by a rude older gentleman who spoke with an aggressive, and annoyed attitude. It seems as if I put him out by asking a question while trying to give him business.
