The man who fixed the band of my girlfriends watch that is shaped like a dog was so kind and such a nice person to talk to. He was very personable and made the whole experience easy and fun. It only took him 20 minutes and he did a great job. If you need to get your watch fixed go to this store.
Outstanding service. Replaced the battery in a watch and could not get the back to go back on. Took it to 2 different jewelers and they couldn’t either. Last one recommended I try Charlie’s. Walked in, explained the problem, and he had it installed in a couple minutes. And refused payment! Definitely recommend these guys.
Do not recommend!! I went into the store to ask a simple question and was met by a rude older gentleman who spoke with an aggressive, and annoyed attitude. It seems as if I put him out by asking a question while trying to give him business.
I brought in polar heart rate monitor bought 2015, thought had bad battery . I had repaired watch band were attaches to watch with super glue 5 pr more years ago. he said glue had dripped into watch mechanism and thpoght may have burned the electronics. He said he did not think watch would last. replaced battery, did not work said give it a day. if it works I could go back pay him $20,. The watch never did run again
