Great customer service all yhe way around..
I’ve always been treated so well by all staff members with great respect wither going for regular maintenance for my vehicle to getting me into a new vehicle certainly do look out for the best for everyone I’m very grateful to be part of the Charlie’s family
I’ve never gotten the extended maintenance package before, recently got a good “ding” in the door, brought my Jeep in and had an appointment a couple days later and came out great. Unfortunately repair contract was “Paintless” but had picked up a small touch up bottle from parts and could touch it up myself.
