Brought in my car to get the AC working right. $500 later the tech emptied and filled the coolant and said good to go. Oh oops, my AC doesn’t work at all. Thanks for nothing. Pros: I had a stubborn problem with my Honda and they were able to ID it. Cons: Labor rate $170/hr. I own an *RV*, and RV mechanics are known for being among the most expensive specialist mechanics in the automotive industry and I've never seen an RV mechanic charge over $135/hr. They'll also hound you for a review via text every day. So here's your review, lower your labor rate holy shit.
Brought a car in for an airbag recall. I was very impressed with timely maner that the work was completed and the customer service.
