The most honest guy in the world! I saw him via recommendation for his honesty and integrity when my water pump went on my Explorer… I dropped it off to Charlie and he went above and beyond and did research to find out that I had an extended warranty that I didn’t even know about! He could’ve Taking that information and still replaced my water pump, but instead, he told me about it and told me to go to Ford because it was covered! mechanic came recommended and i do believe they know what theyre doing but when i called the man who answered the phone was the most rude person i have ever dealt with in any customer service situation ever so i will not be using them. learn to talk to people nicely. its not difficult at all. lol.
