If i could put a no star i would. This lady Denise totally messed up my girl hair. She wanted a pixie cut but she cut it shorter than what she wanted. Manager refunded and was nice but the lady Denise shouldnt be cutting hair. When we came in she was in a mood and didnt let me sit with my girl while she cut it. I just want to cry.
My niece got a haircut from Denise and it was suppose to be a pixie cut and she cut her hair like a boy she was moody and it was her first cut!! Manger was amazing refunded the money but the girl shouldn’t be cutting peoples hair with an attitude!!! Very disappointed
i came here a couple days ago and needed a trim because my hair was fried off at the bottom. i didnt book an appointment or anything, just walked in to see and Prab was so friendly and welcoming! i was extremely indecisive about the amount i wanted to take off, but she stayed patient the whole time and gave me great tips on how to keep my hair healthy!
It was horrible they don't care about customers at all. I will never go there again
