Maricel gave me the best haircut I've had in a very long time . I am finally happy with my hair again thanks to her . I cannot thank her enough . I am glad to have found her and will definitely go back! Friendly and professional .

My hair is usually shiny, but after this cut it looked frizzy and unfinished, and I wasn’t able to see the layers since the styling was rushed. She was also about to cut my long hair without washing first—perhaps if long hair is difficult, it might be better to let clients know.

So Denise needs to find a new job her hands shake so bad while cutting hair , and while her hands were shakeing she was looking at co workers other people not even paying attention while cutting I can see why she didn’t offer to wash my hair her hands probably hurt anyways she wrecked my hair had to go to chatters now my hair is short she’s been working there way to long and needs to retire!!! Her behaviour is disgusting towards me as well it’s not a in and out burger buisness it’s my hair!!!

If you want a place to absolutely butcher your hair and misinterpret what you're saying this is the place to go. The place is a joke they will treat your haircut like it's a speed running event. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
