I came in for a walk-in appointment and was immediately put off by the stylist’s attitude. When I greeted her, she ignored me and bluntly asked what I wanted, which set the tone for the entire service. I showed multiple inspiration photos to clearly communicate what I was looking for, but my bangs were cut far shorter than requested without proper consultation. Hair dressing one o one. Do not let your customers leave with hair dye all over their face and ears. Definitely do NOT recommend this salon. Hair colour all over my face in my ear, neck. Will never go back
This is the only salon that I will go to. I have a stylist does an amazing job every time she listens to what I ask for and always goes above and beyond at every appointment. Everyone else there is amazing and helpful. After dealing with other salons that don't do what I ask for even when shown pictures of what I would like going to a salon that does is great. I would 100% recommend Charlie's Girl to all my friends.
Drove from out of town to get my hair cut and a root touch up... I found the stylist rude and deliberately belligerent.. to walk away and leaving me to rinse my own hair out ... I left this place crying because I felt bullied and belittled.. be careful going to this place
Shoutout to Destiny and the entire team for going above and beyond for me this week! After my original appointment last Saturday (where they did warn me that, being a level 7, the pigment might not hold), I went back on Thursday to add colour to some blonde spots. Somehow, my hair ended up turning green—and no one was quite sure why at first. We later found out it was due to my hair’s porosity, which made the colour grab unevenly.
