I have been using Charlie's Garage for 6 years. The service is outstanding!! I needed a new engine and the owner, Lou, found me a used engine for a great price! They have done all needed maintenance and repairs on my car for years. Recently my car wouldn't start and I had it towed to Charlie's. The issue required a lot of diagnostics to determine the problem. Yet again, Lou was there to save the day. He and his staff figured out the problem was a blown fuse and not the computer. I have used Charlie's Garage twice recently. The owner, Lou , was very patient with me explaining all my options. I find him to be trustworthy and Charlie's Garage has a customer for life.

Charlie's Garage is great!!! I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else! I went in thinking there was something wrong with my battery. The owner, Lou, checked the battery and told me that I didn't need a new one. Any other garage would have tried to sell me something that I didn't need. I believe Lou to be honest and sincere. court ruled in Plaintiff's favor The court ruled in Plaintiff's favor in the amount of $1600.08.Russo had until December 15th to pay. Russo filed appeal on Wednesday November 27th with no apparent grounds for appeal established in documentation.We will be seeking treble damages in the amount of $4800.24 plus interest.

Just finished with small claims suit against Lou Russo and Charlie's. Judge has taken it under advisement. In my opinion, we presented extensive documented proof of his actions towards us. Stay clear of this business.

Head in the other direction! The owner and his crew sold me a bogus used car, failed to make warranty repairs under Ma ss Lemn Law, made unauthorized repairs without work orders and finally the wheel fell off.. Avoid like the plague!
