Requested fence placed 1 foot away from retaining wall, but they placed the fence as close to retaining wall as they could. I had to take the time to move the fence to where it was supposed to be. They buried two sprinkler heads in the post holes and covered them in concrete even though the sprinkler heads were marked with orange spray paint.
