I’m actually quite perturbed. This is the second time I’ve used your service, in the last few months and thus for consecutive oil changes. The first time the service person checked and recommended I change the cabin filter, which I did, again, just a couple of months ago. They checked it again two days ago and suggested I change it, which I did not believe it was necessary just a few months later, so I didn’t. Great service!
The service is average. But the prices have made it impossible not to start changing oil at home. $105.00 to change oil on a suburban. I won’t pay that again.
Only problem I have is that they don't have coupons anymore. I depend on those. I always received $5.00 off and now they changed it. That's not fair for people like me who have been loyal customers!!
