RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. Called twice this morning. There was no, hello…Charlie’s cleaners or anything. Called back as I thought the line dropped. Same things. I said hello??? A woman said hello…I apologized as I thought I was calling a dry cleaning company. She said it is. I explained both times calling there was no hello or Charlie’s cleaning. Then she argued with me. Been going here for 15+ Too many other choices.

I've been here 3 times, and I always ask for heavy starch, and they always come out really soft. As soon as I put on the jeans, the starch disappears. It was a little expensive compared to others, in my opinion, and for the quality.
I highly recommend this local small business to anyone neededing services.
