Charlie absolutely SAVED ME! I came to him frantically after another place had destroyed my merch with a terrible embroidery job. Charlie was incredible! He was able to do a rush order last minute and get a whole new set of gear embroidered in a two day turn around. Everything was ready just in time for my event and it looked fantastic! Seriously an absolute pro. All of my merch came out perfect and I paid half the price of the other guy who did a terrible job.
Charlie is truly a hidden gem in the world of embroidery. He is the cream of the crop in both the quality of his work and his customer service. I had some clothes embroidered by him, and he completed the work within a week! I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Charlie.
I had Charlie make a custom design for my wife on a tote bag for Christmas and I couldn't be happier. He delivered as promised at a very fair price.
Charlie did an amazing job embroidering my stylized monogram inside the lining of my coat. He listened to my design idea, and executed flawlessly. I could not be more pleased. Thank you!!!
Update from 2024: Six years later the embroidery on my daughter's lunch bag looks like new. Just imagine the abuse the bag took in these years... I am going to Charlie's tomorrow for another job, and I am pretty sure it will be top notch.
