As someone who has used this auto shop 3 different times, I can attest to their commitment to make the customer happy. I asked them to work on my dad's old car (2004 Buick Century), and while it took a long time to finalize the project (1 year 7 months), I can honestly say that it truly wasn't their fault. Parts for such an old car are hard to come by. In the end, I was very pleased with the outcome. They made the vehicle look brand new. Very happy with the body work provided for my SUV after hitting a deer. I did have an issue with the final paint job but Charlie and his team fixed it right up with no questions asked. I prefer to support local and am always glad I do so!
