So far, the service has been awesome. They are very professional and I was in and out in twenty minutes with a rental car. The turnaround time was the best in the area. Some places were telling me three months. They initially said up to six weeks but then let me know it would be done in two weeks. I brought in a Subaru Forester and they rented me a very nice Subaru Ascent at half the going rate. So far, I have been very pleased. I will update when I get my car back!
Great service
My son unfortunately took his kia there. A quote was written, car was dropped of and was never touched. The "SO CALLED manager " used one excuse after another to delay the repair and after a date was set and the car was dropped off, they never touched it. Now my son has no rental left and a car that needs to be repaired. It's simple, Just Don't go there.
I bought a new Nissan frontier from here in August. I had it for about two weeks and noticed that the hood didn’t align well with the front end. So I called the body shop and they told me to bring it down so they could look at it. The service writer was great and she had the shop manager come out and look at it. Well long story short he told me to bring it back down and they put me in a rental car no charge. And they took care of my problem very satisfied.
