We were driving to the coast with our camper trailer and we blew a tire on the camper. We felt it just before the driveway for the collision center and pulled in. I went in to let them know what happened because I wanted to park there and change the tire. The gentleman inside jumped into action and said let's have a look. Then he had me pull around back and brought out a jack and someone to help. They changed my tire for me and refused to accept any payment. Overall my experience with them was amazing! Great communication and they worked seamlessly with my insurance (progressive) to make sure all of my repairs were covered. My only complaint is it took about 4 months to be able to get in. But once my car was in my turn around about great! Quoted me for it to take 2 weeks and had it back within a week

So far, the service has been awesome. They are very professional and I was in and out in twenty minutes with a rental car. The turnaround time was the best in the area. Some places were telling me three months. They initially said up to six weeks but then let me know it would be done in two weeks. I brought in a Subaru Forester and they rented me a very nice Subaru Ascent at half the going rate. So far, I have been very pleased. I will update when I get my car back!
