My son unfortunately took his kia there. A quote was written, car was dropped of and was never touched. The "SO CALLED manager " used one excuse after another to delay the repair and after a date was set and the car was dropped off, they never touched it. Now my son has no rental left and a car that needs to be repaired. It's simple, Just Don't go there.
I bought a new Nissan frontier from here in August. I had it for about two weeks and noticed that the hood didn’t align well with the front end. So I called the body shop and they told me to bring it down so they could look at it. The service writer was great and she had the shop manager come out and look at it. Well long story short he told me to bring it back down and they put me in a rental car no charge. And they took care of my problem very satisfied. Very friendly staff
Made an appointment three months ago. The appointment comes up, and they have the audacity to say that because my car wasn’t purchased at Charlie’s I could no longer get my car fixed at Charlie’s. When I ask them how long they have known this information for they say at least a month or longer. When I asked why they didn’t contact me to let me know they had no response.
