Wonderful chef that offers cooking classes, fine catering, and delicious cooked meals. Would highly recommen foe any event or occasion. Works with budgets. Very friendly with children too for cooking classes.
I contacted Charlie's cooking to cater lunches to two healthcare facilities in Escondido to show our appreciation to the healthcare workers during this pandemic. Charles's follow -through was perfect. He contacted the facilities, asked what they would like and served lunches (85 meals)to both facilities within 1 week. The food was excellent and the service the best. I highly recommend this catering service !

Wonderful experience for adults and kids!!! We all cooked our meals ourselves. Frpm appetizers to entree to dessert. Charlie and Mary were super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
