I just left Charlie’s. They messed up all my settings. Clock, seat, mileage, everything that is displayed on my dashboard. Once home my windows and car are both streaked and not cleaned properly. And they totally missed cleaning the console in front of the gear shift. I’m 70 and no longer able to clean my car myself. I paid a premium to have it done. 50. Dollars, it a lot for me. This made me very sad.
I didnt catch anyone's name but the crew that was working at 8am 9-3-26 were great. Everyone was friendly and the wash attendant did an outstanding job prepping. I was satisfied before the wash even started!
Great Full and Self service. While travelling to OKC, i happened upon a lusting for Charlie's clise to my hotel. I found the attendants friendly and facilities clean and inviting. Being used to cleaning my vehicle regularly I will definitely visit this location again during my stay.
I got a free carwash unexpectedly. I really appreciate your service.
