Bad clean – All they did for the cleaning was vacuum. My seats did not get cleaned, the mirrors were dirty. My dashboard was not cleaned at all. Worst 10 dollars ever. Maybe if they didn't have high school students working just to get the job done fast.

Very disappointing employee – When I was going into the wash, after rinsing the car I could clearly hear one of the workers inside the wash yell "now that's what's considered a piece of s*** mustang." And in honest opinion it doesn't look bad. The other workers in the wax/interior clean station were very helpful, though I did NOT mention what had happened. Good Customer service – I have been useing the Green Lantern Car wash for a number of years and like everyone else sometimes things are not done quite as we would want. But have found that if you give them a chance and talk to them in a civil tone of voice and not assume that they are all blooming idiots their they will do thier best to ensure customer satisfaction. To you sir – About your bent antenna, it was not required of them to stop you because there are two sings before you even enter the car wash warning you about your antenna being up and it possibly being bent, so next time read the sings and have commen since to know to either shut your radio off so it will go down or ask them to remove your stationary antenna. GREEN LANTERN - DON'T EVER GO THERE! – My car was dirty so I went to the Green Lantern. I paid $17.00 for the whole deal, $7.00 for the outside and $10.00 for the inside. After the outside was washed; the antenna was bent. No one stopped me from entering with the antenna up. Confronted them about it and they didn't care. I was asked what flavor of air freshner for my car. Cinnamon sounded good. They started to vacumn one floor mat, then I was asked to leave beacause I was upset about my antenna. Poor training, attention to detail – I admit I still patronize this business mostly because there is nowhere else to go for a full service car wash near Liberty. I consistently recieve a substandard car wash even though I spend on average $28 every time. It is common sense to start cleaning the windows first with a clean towel before the towel ever touches any other part of the car. Poor attention to detail – Washed my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer. EVERY time they miss the grime on the underside of the back window, and under the handle of the back window and the grime on top of the bumper near the base of the back gate. This time I specifically asked if they would give those areas some extra attention. One of the guys opened the gate window to get started and was immediately reprimanded. Not worth the money – You would think spending $33.00 dollars for a car wash for interior and exterior you would get better quality. After inspecting my car I realized that the people drying it off were inexperienced and needed some glasses. Not only did they not dry off my windows in the back of my SUV but did not bother to do the inside windows. I will not go back because the brushes put little circles into my hood and sides of my car.
