The ONLY good thing about this place is they will TOW your car without an upfront tow fee. They are very friendly and pleasant. HOWEVER.....twice my car has gone in for not starting, and I just got it back today, drove it less than 10 miles, and again it won't start. I don't think they even looked at it. Of course they want me to have them tow it again. Not again. Very

Service with a smile Service with a smile – I had my nissan titan towed to charlies from the dealership. After the dealership tried ripping me off. Charlie and his crew fixed the problem. For less than half of what it would have cost me at the dealership. Not only was he reasonable priced but his staff went above and beyond to fix the problem but got me transportation to pick up my truck. Its nice to know there is still an honest mechanic out there. Thank you Charlie and the staff at Charlies Belleair Amacco.

Inept – I brought my 2002 Saturn in for a Service Engine Light. They replaced an oxygen sensor and relay switch for $160. After my second return visit for the same problem, I watched my car sit in their lot without moving for 3 days. When I called for an update, they told me they weren't able to find the problem yet. I decided to take my business to Ice Cold Air (corner of Highland and East Bay) where they fixed the problem in 48 hours.
