Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop. We paid him $500 to fix the front shocks and front brakes on our Goldwing. While it was there he broke gears in the reverser inside the motor. He refused to admit that the damage was done there at his shop even though it was running perfectly when we dropped it off. He refused to give any money back. We had to bring it home broken. Had electrical problem, he fixed it at a reasonable cost- will certainly bring the bike back the next time it needs something.

Charlie is a great mechanic he puts his heart and soul into everything that he works on. He absolutely has the passion most people don't anymore and will help anybody out and give you the shirt off his back! all around he's a great guy and a mechanic!

Stopped in to schedule a state inspection and order a tire for my Versys late last August. Even though their ad promoted inspections, they were unable to do them at the time (not their fault if the state is slow, but then don't advertise you can do them.) Knew exactly what tire I wanted, Michelin Road 5, and what size. The young man at the counter pushed really hard for Shinkos instead.
