Crooked. Broke it worse never fixed the repair job but instead blamed "the part". Bunch of BS. Stear clear so your not ripped off.
We had our Ford towed to Charlie’s Automotive for diagnostic testing and repairs earlier this month. Both my husband and I are very happy with all the hard work that they put into getting to the bottom of the issue on why the car would not turn over. They spent countless hours trying to narrow down the underlying issue. I am and have always been impressed with Charlie’s!! They are fair, honest, professional and reasonably priced. I trust them explicitly with caring for our automotive needs.
We've been using Charlie's for several years. We've tried several other places in town, and not been happy with any of them. Charlie's is professional, experienced, economical, and provide unheralded service for older vehicles. We have a 1969 396 Big Block GMC, and they are intimately familiar with these vehicles and are easily able to work on them .
