I recently rented a U-Haul pickup truck from Charlie’s Auto Care in Hesperia and the experience was a nightmare. -Pricing not transparent: Before arriving, I was told the rental would be around $80. Terrible experience. Lady at the desk doesn’t even want to help you just wants to swipe your card and have you out the door. Never again.
What a great place! The customer service is beyond exceptional. I have been dealing with Charlie's for several years and have never been disappointed in the service.
