Charlie quickly and politely fixed my concerns!
Friendly, honest, quick response, fair price. I called Charlie yesterday afternoon and he was here this morning fixing my car. Had issues with the brakes and emergency brake that he was able to fix in one hour. He even called me last night and instructed me to try a procedure that sometimes fixes the symptom on the car, genuinely trying to save me some money. That alone impressed me. This guy is a joke !! He contacted me and asked if I was interested in him serving our fleet of vans . He explained that he serviced all the miniland daycare vans. We also are in the childcare business and so I gave him a opportunity. BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!! this guy is s joke ! He went around to our vans and tried to bill me 1500 on each van for stuff that he said needed to be addressed! However they had all just passed inspection so there were no issues .
