Everytime I have been there, I have needed a tire fixed or one put on...I was taken care of and out of there in 15 minutes! I am Medical Transportation which makes my day much easier when needed..Great people and prices!
I just bought a set of 4 tires from Charlie's. Bob and his crew do a great job of getting you out ASAP and they do what they can to help you out.
Love, love, love these guys! I had a flat tire that I had to replace with my spare. I called them the next day for an emergency appointment, and they were able to fit me in that day! Thanks guys! 😊
In Westfield for vacation and had a problem with my tire...they were able to fit me in and had it fixed in 30 minutes!
I needed to get our car inspected since it was overdue. We were not able to get to my regular place near Rochester so I took a recommendation from a friend about Charlies in Westfield. I pick car mechanics like I would choose a dentist, with great care! I was not disappointed as I received excellent service in the inspection, oil change and tire rotation done. They also discussed a problem I was having with the ABS system. Highly recommend this place.
