Dont repair here left me stranded All parties involved are responsible. This is a research jeep and it is part of my income for art and photography. Bring ripped off by everyone involved...caused a huge catastrophic loss. Lost photography jobs. Ny lose a job offer because it left me stranded. Napelton and charleys both uncooperative. Ruining my life and leaving me syranded and helpless.. deplorable
Charlie's recently replaced the struts and strut mounts on my 2016 Mini Cooper. The team at Charlie's provided excellent service at good prices. I have used Charlie's in the past and will continue to do so in the future for sure!!!

I had my car towed there due to it not starting. When the mechanic went to check it out the vehicle started on its own. The sweet lady from the office advised me immediately. Long story short if it was another place they’d never tell u and charge u a bunch of money as if it needed fixing. Very satisfied with the honesty and professionalism!! Recommended!!!
