They really should change the name of this place to Charlie's Big Top because they have nothing but a bunch of clowns in this place. They left tools under my hood and waited two weeks before calling me and asking if I would look and see if they were there and return them because they were expensive. Dont repair here left me stranded All parties involved are responsible. This is a research jeep and it is part of my income for art and photography. Bring ripped off by everyone involved...caused a huge catastrophic loss. Lost photography jobs. Ny lose a job offer because it left me stranded. Napelton and charleys both uncooperative. Ruining my life and leaving me syranded and helpless.. deplorable
