Still waiting on my pictures.. Took my baby when she was a month and she's now 10 months. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. We're out $120 and NO PICTURES. If I could give negative stars I would because he stole from us. FURIOUS IS AN UNDER STATEMENT.
HORRIBLE COMPANY! This is a terrible Company! Very unprofessional! I bought a groupon deal and 6 months after they still didn't make a photoshoot, rescheduled 4 times, each time it was a month later than previously. They stopped responding to any calls or emails. Very disappointed.
Horrible company. I bought a Groupon to do a maternity shoot with them. They have completely ignored me and not communicated on even the location to meet. Now that I am at the very end of my pregnancy, I've missed out on a huge opportunity. I'm so upset and I hope they go out of business. They stopped responding to emails 2 months ago. I have reported them to Groupon.
I will definitely use this business again and recommend to others. Charlie did an incredible job of restoring wedding pics that were 50 years old. The look awesome. I dropped off the proofs and told him I needed them done and a photo book made in time for an anniversary party, a week away. He was working on the pics until 10:00 on a Sunday night and sending me emails to approve so I would have it in time. I was very pleased with his services! Thanks Charlie!
So far, so good! I just had my boudoir photo shoot done on Monday, and got the digitals yesterday. They looked fantastic! I am recommending any of my friends who want to do something special and unexpected for their husbands!
Do NOT waste your money or time on this terrible business. I purchased the groupon boudoir photo shoot for myself and a friend. We spent over $100 to have our hair and makeup done, since it was not included in the groupon package. Charlie, the owner, pushed our appointment back TWICE the DAY OF. A total of 6 hours pushing back and finally...2 hours after our shoot was scheduled for, he cancelled! Purchased s groupon for an outdoor photo shoot. First it too forever to get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. Once I got an appointment I get a text confirming my appointment the next day stating I would get my pictures in 1 to 10 days and also to tip the photographer. I did not know you tip photographers because you don't tip photographers at Target and other places. At the photo shoot the photographer did not shoot the whole hour and the camera was nothing fancy. Avoid this "photographer" at all costs. We had a photoshoot on March 22nd, and were promised the digital pictures the next day. We still have not received anything. We have called and sent numerous texts, but there has been no response. We will be complaining to Groupon and asking for a refund, as well as requesting that his scam-artist be removed from further offerings on Groupon. Do Not recommend it! We scheduled our Christmas photo session for November 15th 2012 at "Casa Feliz" in Winter Park. 15 Minutes before leaving our house, all dressed up, I decided to call Charlie to let him know we were on our way. He had totally forgotten and asked us to re-schedule, and to also change the place because "Casa Feliz" didn't want them back ever again after an issue they had during a session.
