Practice Manager for PCP. We have 2 elderly patients 88 and 89 theAgency told them we were part of BaycarePlus but they never bothered checking! They presented to the office with Baycare Plus Insurance cards (plan we are not on) and the name of a Primary Care Doctor who they had no idea who he was.
