I have gone to this doctor with my grandparents for a long time, and I am very familiar with the clinic then any other clinic I been too because personal connections which is wrong with care. There is one person in my family did residency here and Charlie Dr wrote him off to purse other medical, the reason why this is relevant today is because yesterday Charlie Dr (the main primary Dr) is overlooking everything. Worst customer service ever! First I was given wrong forms to fill out. Staff is rude! Then waited 2h to be seen for no fault insurance medical appointment. Never again will I come to this clinic again!
They have a good doctors it’s just have a terrible staff specially the way they talk to patients phone call or in person they should ask someone when they’ve been standing in front of them how they can help them or if they’ve been help.. and some staff discriminate intern doctors just because they are local or they speak slang when they called patients outside the waiting room… instead of helping them they laugh at them.. this office need to hired polite staff and should remind them how important the patient was..

Terrible customer service. Their management don’t allow their staff to email or txt doctors note. They want it picked up in their clinic. What an inconsiderate senseless policy.
