Don’t waste your time here please find a serious doctor’s office
I was looking for a good professional doctor in a clinic that cares and makes available times convenient for a person who works full time. Dr Charles Sonido was very kind and professional and easy to talk to. His assistant Tristan was also friendly and courteous. I appreciated the ability to walk into the clinic on a Saturday and they are open weekdays until 5pm. I have found the place and doctor I can count on when I need help and this gives me peace! I have gone to this doctor with my grandparents for a long time, and I am very familiar with the clinic then any other clinic I been too because personal connections which is wrong with care. There is one person in my family did residency here and Charlie Dr wrote him off to purse other medical, the reason why this is relevant today is because yesterday Charlie Dr (the main primary Dr) is overlooking everything. Worst customer service ever! First I was given wrong forms to fill out. Staff is rude! Then waited 2h to be seen for no fault insurance medical appointment. Never again will I come to this clinic again!
