Charlie walkers free tuna salad had the right amount of grease and smell and the whole gym smelt rlly good as if they have permanent smelling salts installed boosting my gains a lot you can see how the expert lifter Charlie walker competes to such a high lvl

The tuna salad was mouldy and nearly made me puke it is really good if you want to lose weight but im going for Charlie walker body as its my dream body and as he says bulk bulk bulk!!!!
