Charlie Trotter has been our personal insurance agent for better than 20 years. He and his staff began taking care of our personal insurance needs, many years ago, when we lived in Bartlett, TN. At that time, we had small children, and along with our homeowners and automobile policies, Charlie helped us to secure life insurance on our children. I have been a State Farm customer since 1984, and Trotter has been my agent since moving to Memphis in 1991 with all of my cars (4), home, and a $1M umbrella policy. As a long term customer I expect my agent to also be my advocate and told him that. After a few minor (less than $5K) claims for minor fender benders, State Farm first dropped coverage on my truck (it was my 4th vehicle) and then dropped coverage on my umbrella policy. I’ve just dropped State Farm. Crickets from Trotter.
