If I could give this place no stars I would . February 14th 2026 I hit a deer and the police came to telling me I could choose a towing company but they used Charlie's. Officer told me do not have it towed to Charlie's but have it towed to a garage to fix it so I wouldn't get storage fees . The officer told Charlie's to have it towed to Image Auto body . Instead Charlie's towed it and stored it at their place incurring unnecessary storage fees of 240 when I called and asked where my car was they said they had it . I complain... read more

Today was the second time we have used Charlie & sons for towing. We were quoted $442 from another local company, Charlie’s came and did the job quickly for $180. They called right back and were here within 30 minutes. Professional, we will continue to use them.

I called to schedule a towing at 8am on a Monday. I was told by the lady on the phone the towing company would show up between 830 and 9am. I'm currently still waiting and it is 10:37pm. When customers tell you they have a time limit, it would be considerate to be punctual. Otherwise, don't take appointments if you can't follow through with being on time.

Very responsive, easy to get a hold of after hours. Called me back within minutes after a call to the answering service. Said they would arrive within 20 minutes and he did. Driver was very helpful and had my vehicle pulled out quickly and efficiently. Can’t speak highly enough of this company.
