Horrible experience! A child showed at my home with no tools, could not do the job, then requested to rebuild my chimney, which is nothing more then a exhaust vent. We only needed them to come out to remove a birds nest which I did not have a ladder to reach, he actually asked to use mine! They couldn't even get that right.
