Edit: I did call the Lenexa office and there was a 2 day garuntee so I brought my car back. Then u brought my husbands truck. Again there was some confusion on their end about the garuntee but they made it right. Thank you! I paid over $55 plus $10 tip total of over $65 for a wash inside and outside of my vehicle. I don’t get my car washed often because I’m so busy. As soon as I left water was pouring down and the whole Outside of my car is filthy again. My $25 interior cleaning was a big joke. My mats and door base were horrible on side and half way better on the other side. Pieces of rock and dirt from athletic events still there. One side was done better than the other. You can tell one guy did a descent job and the other guy was lazy and missed a lot of areas. I used to go all the time. A Manager should inspect the cars. A couple of others said they stopped going there too. Now I know why. My car cleaning is a luxury in my budget. I won’t spend it on work done like this.... read more

My car came out beautiful but the price is a bit steep. It was a busy day there but they didn't shortchange their efforts on my car and I appreciate that.

They did a much better job this time. My car is not very messy anymore as I don't have kids. I do expect everything to be wiped down and under my seats vacuumed the rest is rubber and easy. I also want the bugs off the front of my car.
