Ants on the waiting room counter. I paid for the best tiers they offered, even pre-tipped $20 because I was selling the car and wanted to make sure it was good. Coupe, but the rear was hardly cleaned, big streak of cleaner on the seat back. Still sand where it could have easily been wiped off. The vacuum job was acceptable but most everything else was sloppy. Just go to Waterway.
