This is a staple experience for the area. Everyone is so accommodating and kind—customer service is top notch. You can tell these folks enjoy what they do and it makes the experience so enjoyable! There is acting, music, beautiful scenery, and a wonderful family experience of the old west!! The food is fair—I’m not dinging the rating because it really is the experience you are paying for! Don’t expect Michelin ribeyes lol. But I thought the food was suitable.
we did the polar Christmas ride as a family of 4, and we had reservations far ahead of time. we got split up into 2 different tables upon seating. i told them this wasn't going to work, and they said they would try to find us a table for 4. none ever came back, i mentioned it multiple times, and it seemed i was just a problem for them, so for the ride, our family of four was to much to accommodate into 1 table i guess, and we sat apart. it was a later ride, so it was dark, you couldn't see anything except some lights a farme... read more
I had an amazing time here! It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while. The whole atmosphere felt positive and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The crew working there was fantastic—super friendly, helpful, and clearly dedicated to making sure everyone has a great time.
