Booked the “VIP experience” for my boyfriend’s birthday and we had such an incredible time. We had a table for 2 next to the window with beautiful views and a show! Food was satisfying and service and drinks were excellent. Truly a memorable experience I would recommend to anyone who enjoys a wholesome adventure.
If you HAVE to do this, go for the scenery and train ride which was very nice. However, do not expect to enjoy your meal. “Prime Rib” was overcooked and inedible leather along with the sides, also inedible. If they changed caterers it might be an enjoyable experience.
I gave the Christmas train a chance 2 years Both times were miserable experiences. My kids are well traveled and have been through many airport delays. This was way worse
7 Oct 24 at 0800 was the date listed for Polar Express tickets to go on sale. I have been constantly updating the website since 0730 with no luck. Now the website has crashed and no one is answering the phones.
