Its sad for a Office that's been around for so long that when Gabriela Answers the phone & you ask to speak with a certain agent instead of getting put through im getting sent to a Voicemail that never gets a proper response. This office needs some serious training for customer service because the receptionist is terrible and her attitude is even worse.

Tammy Rivera is so rude, unprofessional and nasty attitude. Can't believe you have people like her working there. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
