Surprised Billings. I had endoscopy scheduled for April it was delayed because the doctor had a hip replacement. Finally had it done in August. Plenty of time for staff to do a ruff estimate and get pre-approval for out patient procedure, it never happened. After I received text after text of outstanding balances. There should be full disclosure of the cost prior to outpatient procedures, what is the estimated out of pocket expense.
Surprised bill's on the back end. They do not tell you what the procedure costs is before doing it. Lost complete faith in this doctor. As soon as I pay it all off, will never set foot in his office. Why go to a doctor that you can't trust.
