The new owner of the Art salon was very professional in providing the best quality service. He is a very kind and dedicated gentleman. I have had the pleasure of getting a haircut with Charlie for quite some while now. I would say the new owner has done a phenomenal job of taking over from Charlie. I've been going to Charlies for 2 years now, but today charlie wasn't there. The new guy said he's retired from the shop. Do not go until charlie is present. I repeat, do not go until Charlie is there.
