Received rude treatment from a Food and Beverage Assistant, Terry. The particular complaint is on the beverage service. As he poured the drink into the glass and placed it for me to take it, the glass slightly bumped the table and the drink spilled over on the table. He went ahead to use the table cloth to wipe the spillage and partly wipe the glass. He later used the provided serviettes on the counter, however he continued to top up and shoved the glass to me. Food was ok. Wanted fish and chips but they didn’t have it unless I sat in the restaurant area. Had a fish fry which was good but my arteries are working overtime with the amount of deep fried on it. It is supposed to be a sports bar but I could only see one screen from where I was. Counted two in total in the restaurant. If you keep your expectations low you will be satisfied.

Difícil hacer peor una hamburguesa. Solo sabe y huele a falsa trufa. Qué necesidad?? Con lo fácil que es hacer una hamburguesa normal. Los nachos también lamentables.

Friday evening. Busy. Friendly staff and prompt service. Food overpriced but I guess what you would expect for a Hilton. Meal (vegan burger) quite pleasant actually but an awful lot better if it had been hot. Disappointing, you'd think they could manage to heat up a precooked burger.
