Charlie is very nice was trying to find out when my payment was due because it was a lot and asked the new girl who is very nice and Joanna said he is always late .
Staff is very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable! Joanna and Jonathan and Charles are subject matter experts! I've dealt with other StateFarm offices, but Charlie Flagger is the best one i have ever seen so far!
