It was a very great experience here! From going to Casa Ford horrible experience there! Then tried Hyundai and they just try to rush you into a sale. But coming here! Son muy mentirosos Don't waste your time and energy here looking for a car go somewhere else they say they work with several banks that work with all types of credit they don't and supposedly they help people with credit situations they themselves referred me to La Casita because they couldn't do anything for me to go and to talk to them felt brushed away how can you do that to people
Absolute worst customer service ever. Been 8 months since my wife bought her car. Still don’t have permanent plates for it. Every time we call we are told they will call back with an update. Nobody ever calls back. In the past 8 months they have all new staff meaning nobody stays for long. Employee turnaround does not help the situation at all. If I could put less than 1 star I would. 1000% would never recommend to anyone to go there and buy a vehicle
