First time I took my vehicle for a service they messed up the vehicle and I ended up having to pay for the towing cost and cost of fixing, now that I have traded in my vehicle which was in accident when I found out training it in which Charlie Clark did not let me know they won’t even answer my phone calls in regards to my warranty cancellation would never recommend buying a vehicle here.

I've been trying to reach Customer Care to schedule an oil change. I called 5 times and no one answers poor customer service. The sad part is they want you to do a survey right after they complete the service. But they wont answer phone calls. Lol
