I prefer this location out of all the other Charlie Clark locations. They have more kindness and respect & less loud or rude service due to ‘joking around’ for everything. Inside isn’t insanely loud that you can’t hear yourself think. Got an oil change appointment the same day, with no hours and hours of waiting. Their schedule flows & isn’t booked up a week in advance. In and out with no funny business. I love that.
I gave 6000 down I still needed my wifes name on the loan, waited all day, love my car, went to see if I could trade it in on a new 2026, what a joke, I was treated like I insulted them by bringing in my super clean interior, and some light inperfections on the outside. they wanted to give me 9000 for my 2023 nissan rogue SV, the most they would give me was 10,000 and sell it for 18,000, come on do you think us RGV people are unaware of your sales games!! 2 stars. be aware.
Went to buy a wheel nut for my daughter car and guess where he sent me to. Bert Ogden on Jackson road...
