Absolutely the worst
This dealership claims to pride themselves on trust, but my experience was the complete opposite. From broken promises to poor communication, it was nothing but frustration from start to finish. Please save yourself the headache and your hard-earned money go somewhere else. There are plenty of dealerships that actually value honesty and customer service.
The smiles and friendly receptions did not end after the several purchases over the years. Charlie and employees are sincere pros- "familia." Quick appointments, great first time maintenance, customers' satisfaction. Since our first purchase from Charlie, 1986 Maxima, he and the Pros have treated us like V I Ps. Miss Nana's warm conversations and her laughter. Thank Charlie-- for extending the familia feeling to us.🕊️🙏✝️👍🕊️wish I had found that first photo with '86 Maxima
