I've been trying to reach Customer Care to schedule an oil change. I called 5 times and no one answers poor customer service. The sad part is they want you to do a survey right after they complete the service. But they wont answer phone calls. Lol

Really bad experience I really recommend you go in person if you want a vehicle I tried applying online like 4 different sales men called me. I tried to do everything online or over the phone due to work. Of the four people no one ever called me back or even answered my calls to get a status. No one gave me a name so I could not go in to ask for a person and avoid the credit hit again. Overall a bad experience from the get go!!! I had seen a pathfinder I liked on line they brought it so I can see it. As I am driving into the lot they sold it.. they convinced me into giving them a chance to do it right. So I did waited over a week on a vehicle.
