Great service!
Charlie Clark team did a great job, accomodating my QX60 service, from setting up the time and doing the service in about 2 hrs.
Customer service is the best. Service department staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable I could leave with a loaner but prefer waiting in the lobby. All staff is friendly and professional. There is espresso and sweet bread while you wait. Place is very clean. 3 TV’s and comfortable couches! I enjoy taking my car in for service and spending my time there.
