I gave you a one otherwise I am not able to post the review. But honesty you deserve below zero. The latest service manager at infinity is nothing more than a greasy car salesperson. Roger has is his name. I don’t know the mechanics but they’re probably not as smart as they used to be. I brought in my X50 due to the light engine been on. Roger, recommended a diagnosis to find out the issue. The diagnosis came back as Jose’s in need of replacement. I picked and paid for the recommended repairs plus the diagnostic assessment. ... read more
