14/6/26 I got 2 beef and black bean with rice take away and one honey chicken with rice take away with in 3 hours of eating one of the beef and black bean and some of the honey chicken I was in the toilet vomiting up the food all night I went to the doctor and had extreme food poisoning almost had to got to hospital it was so bad missed two days of work I should of read the reviews before I got the food here avoid this place 000 stars
Charlie Chan at Eastgardens is one of our family's favourite places. The food is always fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we've tried has been full of flavour, with generous portions and excellent quality ingredients. We've visited multiple times and have always had a consistently positive experience. The food is very fresh and it’s one of the best chinese foods I have tried
Serious food safety issue – avoid this place. I ordered a two-choice meal (vegetables and honey chicken) from Charlie Chan at Eastgardens Shopping Centre. Towards the end of the meal, I discovered the chicken was visibly pink and undercooked. This is not a minor issue — this is a serious health risk. When I raised it with staff, they had no idea how to handle it and called their manager, Song Cui (“Karl”). His response was completely unacceptable.
